We want you to love your Luxòra pieces, and if they’re not the perfect fit, we’ve made returns easy!

🔄 EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT — FREE RETURNS

• Need a different size or color? We’ll cover the return shipping!
• Sale items are final sale with respect to refunds and are eligible for exchanges or store credit only, subject to availability.
•  Opt for store credit and enjoy a hassle-free exchange, it’s the best way to secure your perfect fit while keeping your Luxòra look on point!

💰 REFUNDS — 15% RESTOCKING FEE

• If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds require customer-paid return shipping. Exchanges and store credit include complimentary return shipping.

📌 RETURN CONDITIONS

• Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.

Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns not mailed within this timeframe may no longer be eligible for a refund and may qualify for a partial refund only.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

⏳ PROCESSING TIME

• Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable restocking fee.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
