Prep: 5 min Chill: Overnight Protein: ~40–60g* per jar

This glow-up staple layers Greek yogurt, protein powder, PB2, and chia-speckled oats with a splash of clean almond milk for a luxe, spoonable texture. Top with fresh fruit, a kiss of cinnamon, and (optional) honey or maple for that chef’s-kiss finish.

Ingredients (1 jar)

  • ¾ cup Ration Greek yogurt (about 25g protein)
  • 1 scoop IsoPure (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 scoop PB2 powder (or swap for matcha powder or cocoa powder)
  • ½ cup MALK almond milk (or to desired creaminess)

  • 3–4 Tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Protein Oats
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: drizzle of raw honey or maple syrup (0-sugar versions work too)

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk yogurt, IsoPure, PB2 (or matcha/cocoa), vanilla, and almond milk until silky.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and protein oats. Sweeten to taste with honey or maple if using.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and creamy.
  4. Top with fruit, finish with cinnamon and a light drizzle, then enjoy cold.
